After 8 years of pioneering excellence in the solar energy sector under the leadership of promoters of the company, SPDPL has started its manufacturing facility in Sonipat, Haryana to undertake the manufacturing of Solar Module Mounting Structures and various safety equipment and accessories used in a typical solar power plant. A professionally managed company driven by an unrelenting desire to excel with experience and expertise, SPDPL is now a multi-product and multi-location company.

Process Transparency

A process flow chart is developed for each new product before it enters the fabrication stage. We have dedicated QA and project expedition personnel to ensure quality and on-time delivery of the material. Along with this, we follow CAPA and RCA for handling customer complaints.

Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory compliance manage the rules, regulations, policies, programs, and training intended to prevent adverse impacts on the health and safety of workers and the environment. Our workforce is equipped with mandatory safety equipment and standards for safe work practices.

Module Mounting Structures

The structures are manufactured using high-quality CR Steel, HR Steel & Galvanised Steel. The structures are available in Bare Condition, Pre Galvanised & Hot Dipped Galvani

Ground Mount

Our structures can withstand a wind speed of 180 km/h. The material required is cut to length as per customers specifications/ drawings. Available in - Fixed Structure - Seasonal Tilt Structure - Auto-Tracking Structure

Water Pump

We hot dip galvanise the water pump structures with 80 microns thickness in order to withstand harsh climatic conditions throughout the year Available In - 4 MMS - 6 MMS - 8 MMS - 9 MMS - 10 MMS

Rooftop

For easy erection and also to avoid wastage/rework at the site, we supply suitable sizes of Purlins in pre-punched condition Available In - Ballast Structure - Raised Structure

Portable Cabins & Solar Trolley

Portable Cabins

The cabins are insulated with puff panels to maintain a cool atmospheric temperature inside. The surface is treated with 200 microns of paint layer along with epoxy primer for harsh weather conditions. The cabins can also be customized as per customer requirements. - LED Tube lights - Exhaust Fans - Switchboards - Lock and key

Solar Trolley

A unique way for the movement of solar plants across spaces at different times of the night and the day. The trolley, as assumed, has its own set of wheels. This trolley-mounted solar panel is then attached to a tractor with the help of fittings. Available In - 4 MMS     - 6 MMS - 8 MMS     - 9 MMS - 10 MMS
